75 feedback revision?
Can someone explain to me how a company that I know for a fact has had 50+ negative feedback removed and still shows 100% including mine that was completely within the feedback guide lines? This very same person used a second account to purchase from me and leave me negative feedback without any proof and of course ebay allows this. I mean do we just have to pay the right people at ebay to get our way and operate crooked businesses?

2. I contacted ebay on fb and they agreed to remove it based on all the info I gave them.

OP10 months agoYes, I already asked, he's not going to remove it because it was done on purpose. I sent all the info to ebay, I don't expect them to do anything about it. The guy is clearly breaking their rules but they'll ignore it.

I didn't ask if the buyer was going to revise it, but if that is stated in eBay messages, that's helpful.
1) Did you already request feedback removal using the form I recommended? Here: https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp/feedback
2) If not, did you contact eBay through the social media channels I recommended? Or just by phone call?

1) Feedback Revision is lifetime of the account measure. It's how many times buyers have agree to revise neutral or negative feedback.
2) I don't know what the feedback you left said so I can't comment on whether it should have been removed. I'm sorry that happened.
3) If the seller bought from you and left a negative then you need to report that account for retaliation.

Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened, and provide the proof that you have that it was the same seller.
