7 Separate Shipping Payments After Auction, Seller Didn't Combine Them
I participated in an auction. The seller stated in the description that 1-day auctions could be combined. I won 7 items during that time. Because my credit card was linked, the shipping cost was automatically added to each item and the payment was taken. So I paid $9 for each of the 7 items separately, totaling $63. I thought the shipping would be combined as stated in the description. I objected to these charges, but all my applications were rejected. I immediately wrote to the seller to cancel the transaction, but received no response. I also requested cancellation through eBay, but it was not accepted. As a result, I have lost $54 due to the extra 6 shipping costs. Where can I complain about this? Is there a consumer protection unit in the European Union that I can contact?
