60 Days Feedback only??
Is there any option to provide feedback later? I got an item and it just completely broke few days before the one year warranty ended, and I had no time to contact the seller. Now the item should never have broken within such a short time but last a few years, so this really shows bad quality. However, it seems ebay does not prevent such practice if they do not give you the opportunity to leave feedback later. Is there any way for this which I am missing?

Mentor2 years agoFeedback is for rating the eBay transaction with the seller -- this has to do with the communication, item description, shipping method and packing job: things that the seller has direct control over, for the most part.
Feedback can only be left within sixty days of a transaction.
Feedback is not a product review. Unless the seller is also the manufacturer, the seller is not responsible for product defects that fall outside of the thirty day money back guarantee window.
