OP6 months agoA picture of 5 flashlights with 5x and description says 5 flashlights in the middle of listing a drop down that defaults to one.

Mentor6 months agoIt sounds like the listing was a multi quantity listing where the buyer chooses the number of items that they want to purchase. So in this case the seller had five available and you could choose to purchase from one to five of the same item. The seller should only have had a photo of one item and not all five since this is confusing to the buyer. If this is the case then you purchased one item and received one item.
If you provide the item number we can look at the listing to see what was actually shown.

OP6 months agoThe listing showed 5 the description at the bottom said 5. The middle of the listing had a drop down in smaller font that defaulted to one. Very deceptive. Seller is using trickery to boost their profit. They offered to refund $2. I returned it.

If you bought something that doesn't match the description, you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
