I purchased this Item from this Seller on February 18. 2026. A few seconds after the purchase I asked the seller to cancel my order and he refused. I opened a dispute with PayPal and he wrote me on eBay messages and told me he can’t cancel the order while a dispute is opened. He says if I cancel my dispute he will cancel my order. I canceled dispute and he has not canceled me order. I have contacted PayPal and EBay and they are no help. This eBay company told my $608.18 and refused to refund it. What should i do? I am thinking I need to take legal action against PayPal and eBay and Giantoucan.

Once you open a dispute outside of eBay, eBay cannot help.
Paypal probably can’t help because you closed the dispute. But - it may depend on what type of dispute you opened. You might speak with PayPal customer service and see if you can open a new dispute for an item not received.
If you funded your PayPal payment from a credit card, call your card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
