The buyer wants to return the product that I sent safely.I can't accept it.Due to the fact that the product photos do not match the product that I sent.I am attaching a photo of the product that was sent!

Mentor2 years agoEbay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyers. If they received an item that was not exactly like the listing, they can request a refund. The Buyer can open an Item Not As Described case and the Seller would be required to pay for return shipping and once received, issue a full refund. This money back guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.
If a Seller is not able to work things out with the Buyer, the Buyer can ask eBay to step in. If eBay steps in, it will not end well for the Seller. Typically, eBay will then issue a full refund from the Seller's funds, allow the Buyer to keep the item and issue a defect to the Seller's account.
