5 Year Warranty
Hello,
How do I get information on an item's warranty I purchased 2.5 years ago? I messaged the seller but no response. Can Ebay help with this? I can't pull up my orders since it was so long ago.

·3 years agoThere is a warranty policy that If a warranty was offered there has to be the full written text to the warranty or a link to it in the listing. That way it explains how to make a claim.
Manufacturers won't warranty products purchased online or from third parties unless the seller is an authorized distributor like BestBuy.
What happens in regard to warranties is sellers copy and paste information on the box, and product specs from the upc code may describe a warranty but it can't be enforced.
I looked in your feedback for a warranty offered by Allstate through Square Trade but didn't see one was purchased separately. I believe you are SOL.
