I am trying to create an Ebay Developer account so I can get access to API keys for business reporting. When creating an account, I was denied access to the account and now cant get in and have no efficient way of getting an answer to the error message I got.
error msg: "Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities. If you believe this rejection is in error, please see our FAQs and Contact Channels page or work with your eBay representative directly."
I would appreciate it if someone here could help me out on trying to solve this issue.... I have no real work around here. Can I resubmit an application or am I even submitting the correct application for my use case?
The error claims I can work with my eBay representative, but I never received and email about why my account was blocked/rejected so I have no way to communicate.

Basically if you were refused for some reason then there is no way around it. You can find MANY posts about this on reddit.

OP2 weeks agoI appreciate the response. So what youre saying is that eBay has just overall terrible customer service?

Mentor2 weeks ago@prime_pullz_tcg The problem is that the developer program has it's own support team, which is NOT the regular customer service. You can try customer service on social media and see if they have any advice>
