$40 box cost not factored in price
The UPS store would not ship and pack my device with an eBay QR code without paying an extra $45. $5 for the labor, and $40 for the Box.
If eBay is supposed to help take care of everything why wasn't this $40 box factored into the price of shipping?
I have my money in my virtual eBay account but the problem was I couldn't access it until I ship it which puts me in a catch-22. I can't access my money until I ship it, but I can't ship it until I access my money.

When you list an item for sale, the weight and dimensions that you enter for shipping must include the packaging - both box and protective materials. How did you determine the weight without a box?
eBay has no way of knowing that the info you entered was incomplete and needed a box added. You could have added a handling charge to cover a box since you must have known that you did not have one.
eBay will not release any of the money sooner for you to buy the packing. You need to find a way to cover these costs until you can receive your payout.
