the subject line tells it all, but I'll enhance..
5/26/23 or there about
Purchased unopened galaxy S10, it arrived without problem, I opened it, put my SIM chip in, tried to connect to my cell service, it wouldn't connect. I called Consumer Cellular to find out what the problem was,they told me that the phone had been reported as 'stolen' based on the IMEI number
I returned it on about 5/29/23
That's about all I've heard
So much for Ebay support

After three months, there's nothing Ebay will do.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them and you'll need the tracking number used to return the phone.
Or, contact your credit card.
