4 Days Since Sale and no payment

Question

How long do you all wait to cancel the order. I see it says 4 days but do you all give more time? And when you do can you do a second chance to the bidder before the current buyer (that has not paid).

After four days you can cancel the transaction for non-payment. If there are any bidders that have enabled receiving Second Chance Offers, you will see the option to send them one next to the item.
