4 days later and not shipped
How can I cancel my order. The seller says tomorrow they would ship which is 4 days after my purchase. It's just rude to do business like this. What can I do?

It is NOT rude for the seller to ship within a few days. The seller is allowed to ship within their handling time which can be up to 40 days. It is rude to expect otherwise.
Most Ebay sellers have handling time of 4 BUSINESS days.
The only thing that matters is that you receive the item by/on the estimated date of delivery as shown in the order details in your Purchase History. What is the estimated date of delivery?
Your feedback left for sellers shows that you unjustly expect sellers to ship immediately when all the seller needs to do is have the item arrive on time. You see that date on the listing page when you buy the item and in the order details after you have made the purchase.

They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing. Never expect an item sooner than the last estimated delivery date.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
