I requested to cancel the order the same day because I accidentally ordered the wrong item. The cancellation was not processed, and the item was still shipped to me. Since I contacted you before it shipped, I am requesting a full refund once the item is returned. I do not agree to only receiving half of my money back.

When you signed up for an account, you agreed to abide by eBay's policies. That's where the term User Agreement comes from. One of those policies is that eBay allows Top Rated sellers to withhold up to half the refund if the buyer damages the item or otherwise does something to that makes it worth less. Did you open the gasket packaging? Did you install it?
