$3500 watch

Question

Bought $3,500 watch. Not authentication from UK--turns out the same listing-same pictures from another seller. Obviously fraud. What should I do?

@textbookinc Sorry for the delay in responding. What you do next depends on what exactly the seller does.

Reply back to this post if you have a tracking number that says it was delivered somewhere other than you.

Otherwise you follow the standard eBay refund request method.

File a not received refund request when it is at least one day past the LAST estimated delivery date.

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return the watch to the UK as there are additional steps since the seller can not provide a return label.
