3/13/26 - ATTN EBAY MGMT - Tech - Seller/store owner

Today is 3.13.26 & have contacted ebay on multiple Acknowledged Glitches. The following is the latest Glitch I am experiencing on Ebay, that is today 445pst/745est 3/13/26.
1. Marketing Dashboard "Manage your discounts" - The following errors I have experienced
a) Creating a sales event: I am brought to a window advertising subscriptions - it takes me to a page that advertises ebay stores and cost. on this page, ebay does acknowledge my store plan. As a result of this GLITCH A I cannot create a new sale.
b) Marketing Dashboard "Manage your discounts" - copy ended sales events: ERROR BROUGHT TO A PAGE "We have encountered a unexpected issue. Please try refreshing the page"
PLEASE FIX THESE ERRORS and I believe sellers should be compensated as ebay would want to be compensated if their hosting site is down
Also Note The above is today's errors I have experienced in the past 2 hours, but not all that I am experiencing

I understand your frustration with the tech issues.
I recommend posting exactly what problem you are having on the Technical Issues board. That is also a member to member support but they are better at helping to find work arounds... or provide ticket numbers if there is one open for thespecific problem.

You can also report tech issues on a computer by clicking on the ? mark on the lower right of the screen. Report each problem separately so they can be sent to the correct department.

OP3 months agoHI THANK YOU! This is the latest issue: (research) "BUYER" requested that I add a over night shipping option on a listing that I agreed to for $10. The shipping label reads "buyer paid" $92,61 I double checked. After, I was negative the monies, and called ebay where I was given BAD INSTRUCTIONS TO CANCEL THE LABEL, and told that the money would immediately be reversed and cancel transaction. I saw this buyer was a scam. I had $92.61 taken out of my bank account and still out monies though I was told by another us rep it would back refunded immediately and went on about other callers with the "exact same issue." She spoke more about them then me. I also contacted fed ex and they said they NEVER CHARGE ebay for this label until the item shows physically delivered and to immediately report to my bank. I am still out this money. It's a holiday weekend. I was reassured on Sunday the money would be in my account no later than monday. Today is thursday night. I spoke to a rep I have spoken with before who did something to expedite it and still the money is not there. This is the first.

It can take 3 to 4 weeks as the shipper has to make sure that the label was not used.
