$30.85 refund sent on Aug 11, 2025

So the refund that I was supposed to have gotten dated for the 11th of Aug... Still has NOT been credited back to my CC, via ebay to paypal.. I even contacted the seller and advised him of what was happening, He suggested that I wait till tomorrow. Umm it's been 2 weeks already..

I've contacted pay pal and the bank that issued the CC... it's passing the buck game. paypal swears they sent the money back to the card and the card is saying no it hasn't.. I've had refunds via ebay through paypal and it's taken 2 days.. 3 at the very most.

I feel like someones blowing smoke..

Anyone else ever have this happen, what did you do to get it resolved

Generally it is the credit card company's processing time the controls this. Call them back and if no refund pending, have them put a hold/chargeback on the original payment.
