~300 active listings gone over past few months

Question

I was cataloging my active listing inventory and noticed items that I know I listed that are no longer active, unsold, or in my store. I am up to 5 totes full of items that no longer have listings. I then notice that my active listings went from 1000+ last year to 656 now. I was in a chat with instagram ebay for sellers with Lauren but she stopped responding for past hour. I am so frustrated. I have been selling on ebay since 1998 and never experienced this

I requested a report of my active listings per ebay rep and finally got it to download. It showed that from December 2025 to January 2026 I had 1000 listings active and you saw that my account only showed 657

I see 657 items listed as f this writing. It might be time to try getting in contact with eBay or is that what you meant by the comment on being in the Instagram chat? Maybe try a different Social Media connection. Something similar happened last year if memory serves but it was eventually resolved.
