Even though I'm an unestablished eBay seller, anyway to see that this process of waiting for my friends to be off of hold. This is seriously irritating it makes me want to cancel the order abruptly now I just would like an answer to thank you

Mentor11 months agoYou have received no seller feedback so you are subject to eBay's new seller funds hold. The funds will be held until tracking shows the item has been delivered or 30 days in some cases. All new sellers must go through this process. As you gain seller feedback the hold will go away except for sales over $1,000 which have an automatic 30 day hold.
Cancelling purchases as a new seller will not look good to eBay and they can remove your ability to sell.

OP11 months agoI'm not quite sure you're understanding I have ship my item I just want my payment now not tomorrow not Monday now. Are you going to be of any help? Or do I need to speak to your manager or a higher up someone that's actually going to help me?

-First, this is not eBay. This forum is supported by volunteer Buyers and Sellers. I am a Seller just like you, have been doing this for 10 years.
-Next, we are not against you in your efforts to get paid. We just happen to know how eBay Polices are set up for many situations.
-You are more than welcome to try to speak with eBay and below are ways you can do that. You have my sincere best wishes on getting paid earlier than eBay's Policies dictate.

I know this is not the answer you want to hear but in basic terms this is how eBay works.
New Sellers have their funds held up to 30 days, that is normal. If you are waiting to get your money before you ship that is not how it works, you need to ship as promised in the listing with regard to your Handling time. Payments on hold | eBay
If you have not ship, are not willing to wait to get paid and cancel your account will get a strike on it when you use the Out of stock reason to cancel. The Buyer can still leave Feedback on the transaction and I suspect it would not be good.
