New Item * SOLD Item or increase Qty on current item listed ebay system will NOT update item NOR will list / re-list NEW or SOLD.....
contacted ebay agent & they don't have a clue what's GOING ON & are NOT Helpful at all.......

https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage You can have more than one return policy... for example Free Returns for the auto parts and accessories AND Buyer Pays Returns for other items.
If you do not want to use Business Policies then you need to OPT OUT on the upper right of this page>
