30 day ebay buyer protection ran out
Summary: kozyboy is seeking advice on obtaining a refund for a defective item after being misled by the seller about the manufacturer resolving the issue. Despite the manufacturer's lifetime warranty on the race car set, communication ceased after 30 days, leaving kozyboy feeling ghosted. They are concerned about potential account repercussions for complaining further, as it has been 90 days since the purchase, and are asking for possible recourse.
Want to get my money back for an item that was defective the seller led me to believe the manufacturer would take care of it but after my 30 days ran out the manufacturer stop texting me I feel I was ghosted between the seller and the manufacturer. I’ve spent two months trying to get the manufacturer to take care of my issues. It’s an Afx lifetime warranty race car set super international. I’ve heard you get your account taken away. If you complain further it’s been 90 days since this item was purchased. What can I do? Do I have any recourse of action
