3 year warranty
Bought a set of 02 Sensors for auto from seller who has "3 year Warranty" listed on the page. (Local auto parts store has a 1 year warranty on their sensors) I only bought because of the Warranty shown. Purchased in May 2025 - both items have gone bad -auto throwing codes for faulty 02 Senors. (upstream and downstream) SELLER has an auto block from me reaching out to them regarding the purchase. However, if I go to a different listing, same seller - I can email about anything else. Seller is also not responding to me contacting them for a different item.
Is there an easier way to contact eBay to get involved. Seller isn't standing behind their product!

Mentor8 months agoEbay will not get involved since the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee has expired.
Only manufacturers and authorized dealers can issue warranties on their products.
Some shady sellers will indicate a warranty on the listing page just to entice buyers to purchase the item when the warranty is non-existent.
