I bid on an item. I was outbid. Then got the notice I won. The bid started at 16.75 and each time I bid higher I was outbid. I stopped at 25. It said next bid was 26. I didn't go higher. Then when it was over. I got notice I won. This has happened, different scenarios but 3 times.
