does anyone know why I would be locked out of my account like I cant bid sell buy nothing cause it says my account has been accessed by a 3 party and to talk to account security please help

eBay apparently thinks someone may have gained access to your account aside from you. This can happen if you are signing in from a different location or using an unfamiliar network connection or doing suspicious things with your account. If you are not doing anything differently, perhaps someone else is actually signing in to your account.
Use the contact link in the message you received from eBay to contact eBay directly and prove you are the account holder.
