This is a question to buyers. I don't buy a lot of things on Ebay, but I just ordered 3 electric shavers from Ebay and all three arrived not working. I have 2 30+ years old Norelco shavers that STILL work but they don't hold a charge. One has a cracked case but it still works. One is dull and I can't get new blades.
