3 day holds after delivery confirmation!?!
If it says my payouts are on hold until 3 days after delivery, im just curious, are there any sellers that have received the payout before that 3 day estitmated hold? Like i can understand if ebay would make you wait a few hours, even 24 hrs upon delivery .. In my opinion this 3 day hold until after delivery is confirmed is not right..

In relative terms you have a new Selling account created in January this year. Payments on hold | eBay
You have sold over 70 items in the last 90 days but your Feedback count is low at (12) as of this writing. It is possible that your success recently has triggered the hold situation, strange as that may sound. I assume you ship with tracking on the transactions right?
I see you also do not accept returns ... not sure if you use that setting because it happens to be the Default setting on the Advanced and possibly other eBay listing tools or have considered other return policies to take advantage of Seller Protections: Seller protections | eBay
Even non TRS Sellers have protections providing they offer 30 Day Free returns and have a 1 Day handling time set for their listings.

eBay can hold payments for new or infrequent sellers for up to thirty days.

Not everything that can go wrong with a transaction is immediately apparent within twenty-four hours of the buyer receiving the item. The buyer has up to thirty days to start a return on eBay, after all.
The longer a seller has been selling and having consistent sales, the less likely eBay is to hold payments for that long.
