I’ve been socked in with rolling snowstorms and my three day window to ship expires today. How do I extend the window?

Mentor8 months agoYou will not be able to extend your handling time after an item is sold.
I suggest you reach out to the buyer and explain that the storms are preventing you from shipping and you will ship as soon as possible.
eBay will give you a late mark defect for not shipping in your handling time, but one should not affect you. Just be sure to ship other items on time.
You might consider putting your current items on time away if you think you won't be able to ship.
With time away you can temporarily extend your handling times on current listings. (or hide them completely)

One other thing: eBay will often acknowledge weather issues in areas and will protect your seller rating during certain times.
