I was going to bid on a 2021 shohei ohtani heritage base nothing special
bod was $2.80 with like 11 seconds to go went to bid hit one of the 3 options which were $4 $5 or $6 for quick bids
I hit $4 which lit up then bid with 1 sec left screen flash picking winner
I won
for $ 40 frickin dollars **bleep**
I had. 3 choices 4,5,6
40 no where on the **bleep** screen
$4 lit up not 40$
im not **bleep**ed it’s no where near a 40$ card
I might have went to 5 but didn’t see till last seconds
so f ed up
how the hell do you attack this problem
I’ve deleted all forms of payment form eBay until this is solved
I buy singles all the time I know what I’m doing and I’m not paying 40$ for this card
tried to contact seller but as soon as I start typing a message to find out **bleep** is going on
say sorry try later
like I can’t even send a message
any advice would be great!!

Wow, I have never heard of that happening. Since it was an auction if you don't pay and the Seller cancels after 4 days your account will get one Unpaid item strike which will take 12 months to roll off your account. If you get 2 then you will have problems bidding or buying on eBay.
If you go to that item in your purchase history and open it up you can click on the bid number and the bid history will open for you. It would be interesting to see how the bidding went from the low single dollar amount up to the $ 40 you allegedly won the auction for.
