2orders sent to old address out of state.
2 orders accidentally sent to old temporary address in Dallas Texas. I live in Oklahoma. I’ve contacted sellers but still don’t know how to get the packages. Says they were delivered to that old address.,unsure if someone lives at that rental for traveling nurses. Huw can I find the packages ?

Mentor7 months ago@heande-7875 When/ if the items are returned to the seller you can make arrangements with the seller to pay to ship the items again.
Unless you can contact the new residents and provide them with shipping labels that is your only option.
Be sure to update your addresses in account settings for future purchases>
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.
