I haven't received the item from this order. It just shows that it was placed in the garage, but this valuable item should have been delivered to me! I even asked my neighbors around me, but I couldn't find this package! When I called the courier, they just said it might have been delivered to the wrong place, without any evidence to prove it was delivered to me! I can provide a written proof to prove that I didn't receive the item. If I lie, I am willing to bear legal responsibility! The amount of this order is not low! Please investigate this issue！！I believe there is a problem with the courier entrusted by the seller! I paid the money, but I didn't receive my item

Mentor5 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
