I still haven't received this order. Please process it as soon as possible! Moreover, the delivery personnel at this address are irresponsible. Last time, I purchased an item on another account, but I didn't receive it. You assumed I had received it, and I paid without receiving the item. I don't want the same thing to happen again

It sounds like you are using a freight forwarder for your items. Once tracking shows the item was delivered to that address you lose your Money Back Guaranty protection since eBay does not cover items that are reshipped. If the forwarder is not doing what they are paid to do then you should find another forwarder.

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in the order details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to see if the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select “Ask eBay to step in.”
