2300 sales!!! Positive Feedback (last 12 months): 100%
Having been dealt with horribly by this outfit - who trampled me because I was unable
to get orders deliverer during the Canada Postal Strike - I am out of here .
I lost money because of that strike. Two buyers buyers (total of 14 items) complained when their orders didn't arrive. Ebay REFUNDED them despite my requests to wait. My shipping expenses down the drain. So I lived with all that until they downgraded me to the slums. I had a long - long chat with HELP - and a SUPERVISOR all of which was useless. Now left with orders to IMPROVE MY PERFORMANCE. What do I wish for this bunch? I wish that your sellers will bail out like I am and your shares will soon tank. That's what you deserve.

OP1 year ago1. In a phone conversation with ebay HELP in February they agreed with my explanation and CLEARED all the negative ratings. Then - they just re-appeared. With strong admonitions to CLEAN UP MY ACT!! In an hour long chat with HELP and a SUPERVISOR they would say only that the original evaluation stood. 2. If ebay is ANY KIND OF A COMPANY they monitor this site. But regardless - I am shutting down this account. I will not waste my time with idiots.

Again, you are registered on the Canadian site so should be contacting eBay support there - not on the US site here.
You need to speak with eBay, not your fellow members here in the US, who can certainly empathize, but cannot access or take action on your account.
I believe you can contact eBay Canada from this link:
https://www.ebay.ca/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contact-ebay?id=4379&st=3&pos=2&query=Contact%20eBay&intent=contact&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1326
There is a blue option at the bottom right of the page where you can request to speak with an agent.
If you want to post in the eBay Canada community, that link is here:

OP1 year agoI am on BOTH sites. And also the UK. And I have done my complaining with ebay USA. No more. They can take a flying flip - they have cost me time, money and a chunk of my business,
But thank you for the suggestion.

Mentor1 year agoHi @borderbookstore
No one from eBay is here - this is a member-to member board for the US site. I hope that when you contacted eBay, you were on the Canadian site as I'm sure they had information there about dealing with your postal strike.
Here is a link to the Canadian site:
