23 years with Ebay with 100% positive fb- but I am being harrassed
Ebay erroneoulsy bills me for seller fees that are not applicable. After 3 calls, it was reversed only for an uninformed rep to re-charge it a day later for no apparent reason, and is now harrassing me over $90.00 with emails, daily calls, texts and who knows what else. There is no customer service, only "Help Yourself" links on their website, the "auto assistant" has the intellect of a door knob, and their payment demand Emails are from 'Do Not Reply" addresses. They do not want you to reach them, they just want to take you on a "Help Center" merry go round of links that ends up NOWHERE. And if you do reach them by some grace of god miracle, you are promised resoluton that never happens. What a total disappointment that Ebay has sunk to this level of utter disrespect for its long standing customers, I will be closing my account after 23 years of 100% positive - 0 negativity. There are plenty of better sites out there that appreciate your business. Good luck!
