on November 8 receive a text message of a sneaker that I won at 5 o’clock in the morning. I believe it’s a scam. I contacted eBay to put a cancel on the charges and I received a message that the item was shipped. I also contacted my bank fraud department and told me that I must wait for the package to get delivered the same thing eBay told me wait for the package to get delivered And ask for the return which I did and the seller refused to return which is a scam if you look at the price of the sneaker very high 495 wish I could buy three of the sneakers for the same price. I also have the same sneaker for sale for less than $100 And now I received a notice of return rejected

OP8 months agowhen the package arrived, I was told to call my bank Fraud department they went over the questions on the return and told me to pick no longer want the item because the reason I wanted to return, the item was in there that I did not pick this item and I believe it was fraud

Mentor8 months agoWhen you filed the Return Request on Ebay, what reason did you choose?
If you did not have a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, the seller was able to deny the return request.
