21 days and refund has NOT posted to credit card account

Question

eBay decided a dispute in my favor and promised a refund 21 days ago. My credit card does not show a credit for the refund amount. Only the originally purchase price is listed. Does it normally take this long?

@ladytmarie It shouldn't take that long unless you are looking at your paper statement. Have you checked your card info online?

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
