2025 ebay policys are not reality
i no longer will be looking to purchase products threw ebay because of there poor represented policy and inability to contact sellers fraudulently selling items on there platform, in fact the seller has a block option so I can't ask for a return shipping label because they have blocked me.....so I have a product ebay will not credit me will not help me return it and they said to me my only window was 15 days to return it during the holidays many people are busy during the holidays ......

Sorry you had a problem with your purchase and the return process.
There's no need to message a seller during a return request.
If a seller doesn't issue a return shipping label then you just ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day after opening the refund request.
There are time lines that you have to follow in the case.
If the eBay case timed out you might have protection with your credit card.
