You can request copies of your old seller invoices - that would be best to use for tax prep. This would be for any months where you were still paid through paypal. You need to ask customer service for them.

To speak to customer service, use the link this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
If you paid your invoices through paypal, run the activity report there and you should see the payments. They offer reports for up to 7 years.
Or if you were paid through managed payments, you can still run transactions reports for 2020 - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report (I just tested it and 2020 is still available).
Like today, the fee was based on the item category and the total from the buyer.
