The item was shipped to me in a deceiving advertisement. Claim the backup Light was broken which replaced.

Now there is no Studs shipped or on the item. Cannot use this item and will like to get a replacement or credit.

Please advise

If the photos show and/or the description says the studs come with the light, then you can return the part for being not as described and get a full refund. However, you should read the terms of ebay's Money Back Guarantee first, so you know what the time frames for using it are.
