2005 Harley Fatboy CVO Seat
Listed 2005 Harley CVO seat like new condition. Starting bid $300.00 highest bidder wins ! Described the seat with detail pictures showing quality of chrome and seat . I also stated in add the years it fits . Free Shipping . My add also states Seller does not accept returns on this item!
The winning bidder asked for items to be wrapped so when shipped it wouldn’t damage Seat . Winning bidder sends message stating it was not the quality he expected, saying it had been recovered with a cheaper material, sagging on side,air gap showing on seat. Also winning bidder said he wanted it for his CVO Springer Softail . His CVO Springer Softail were only available in 2008 & 2009 ,sending him a message saying it would not fit properly for Harley Changed to wider fender on Softails in 2006 . I also stated that I purchased the bike used and Seat was in a box . I responded to winning bidder send the seat Back at his expense I would refund the winning bid . Knowing that my add Says seller does not accept returns , and it won’t Fit his Bike ! Not saying being too picky , but a used item at a 1/3 of retail price . I have pictures of both my add and ones he sent me . These are pictures sent to me. Tried posting my add pictures , but no luck

Ebay wants you to accept the return and send a return label. Within 3 business days.
You also can offer (just once) a partial refund instead.
You have no choice. If the buyer asks eBay to step in, they get a full refund and can keep the item.
