2 tracking numbers only need one how to rid the other 1

I have a package I sent. I must’ve did something wrong and I have two tracking numbers. The first one buyers is paying for the second one. It has me paying for it. How do I get rid of the one that’s not in use?

If you inadvertently purchased two labels for the same transaction you have 28 days to cancel the one you did not use on the following page link. Use the drop down menu on the left and scroll to Cancel label and click that. Complete the label cancellation and in 21 days or less your account will be credited the cost.

Track and manage your shipments

You cannot remove any tracking numbers on the transaction but eBay will only update the active one for your protection.
