What do you do when a seller has 2 shipping prices listed, $14.99 and $23.99, the seller wants me to pay $23.99 when there is also a price of $14.99 in the description of the item, what gives..??

Mentor10 months agoSellers can have several shipping services listed for their item. The buyer chooses the shipping method when paying for the item. The seller should ship by the method the buyer chooses.
