2 shipping labels created by mistake
New to selling, accidentally created 2 shipping labels and, I assume, paid for shipping twice. One shows as delivered the other not used shows as shipped, but there is no second package. How do i cancel second label? How do I get shipping refund if charged? Will outstanding shipping label delay payment?

Mentor1 year agoYou have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 14 to 21 days once they have determined the label was never used. FedEX and UPS can also take from 14 to 21 days to agree to a refund.
Find the unused shipping label in your shipping list and from the drop down menu click on "Void".
