2 sales - same address - same person using 2 different cutomer id's - how to combine and get paid?
Hi sellers. I have 2 sales to the same person at the same address (but she logged in under different accounts. I have room in the flat rate box for both. I ordered a label through E-bay and tried to add that tracking info to the other order and it will not accept it because it was "already used for customer." Is there a work around - or do I have to order another shipping label and ship seperately? TIA!
