2 return labels, 1 box
I thought the proof of return data was sent to ebay when the label was printed at USPS. I wanted to use the same box to return 2 items that were shipped together by seller. I put one label on box (refund received), and the other label on the wrapping containing 2nd item IN THE BOX.
I met a person (ebay seller) in the USPS lobby who explained my mistake after my return box was dropped in the slot 😞
I contacted the seller asking for help in getting a refund for second item, and have not received a reply.
I have a photo of 1 label on box and the 2nd label in the box attached to item needing refund. How to proceed?
