2 pictured items but only one sent...
I saw for sale this item:
Raion Power RG12180FP 12V 18Ah Lead Acid Battery with a picture of 2 (two) batteries side by side with a pricetag (after adding shipping) would be sightly below buy 2 individual batteries. I honestly thought I was buying 2 batteries....when it arrived, only 1 battery was delivered....sell replied to my message that he never "said" 2 battiers were offered then called me a A-hole for questioning it....Ebay reviewed and said the package was delivered and that's all!
This was a very deceptive way to sell 1 item when clearly 2 are pictured....I'm a 73yo retiree and I feel deceived and only want the other sent to me...

Mentor2 years ago@jimregina Sorry you had a bad seller. You filed a not received refund request so you lost the case because tracking showed delivery.
You need to file a RETURN/ REFUND request. A sellers listing can not be misleading.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request. You need to return the battery you did receive unused to the seller, the seller pays return shipping and refunds you 100%.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
