Hello I wanna let’s you know I’m a customer with eBay more then 5 year's I bought more then 70 items here electronics clothes etc… currently I’m awaiting fit 3 items tablet . Parfum and Hand light my question I missed 2 items I didn’t receive them parfum and hand light but tablet it’s in the way . my question it’s what the solu for my 2 items I didn’t receive thanks in advance .

·3 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
