2 items with different addresses

Question

I had a buyer buy 2 items for me. The shipping labels have a different address. Buyer is requested me to send just to ONE of the addresses. How do I do that if the labels have 2 different addresses?

You run a risk if you send them both to the same address.

If you want to ship both to the same address, you will need to cancel the sale and relist so the buyer can check out with the correct address.

The best way to manage this is to

1) Communicate with the buyer

2) Cancel the sale for "problem with buyer's address",

3) Relist your item

4) Send the new listing number to the buyer so they can buy it again and use the correct address.
