2 items sold from 1 listing but shipping did not increase
I have a buyer that purchased from my posted ad for a dozen golf balls. I had two boxes for sale for the one listing. They bought both boxes. The shipping charges, however, did not reflect two boxes. They only reflected one box. In trying to figure out how much shipping actually is, I am drastically over cost on postage as golf balls are heavy and the buyer is in Hawaii. Shipping to Hawaii is way more. How do I fix this?
