2 exact same items sold same day 2 weeks ago, only 1 ebay payment sent to me. What gives?
Hello,
I sold 2 items, the exact same items on the same day. This was like 2 weeks ago. I was only paid for one of those and cant find any way to get in touch with anyone from ebay at all. Just link after link, then straight to here, the community. Seller Hub, then My Ebay, nothing says why any payment would not be coming thru at all, and more importantly, how to even get that missing payout. Customer Service here seems nonexistent which is insane. Frustrated now and any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
