2 Boxes Switched for Delivery
I had 2 packages and mixed up the labels. Now they each have the other's package. What's the best way to handle this? It's impossible to get a live person from eBay.

Mentor2 years agoIt is best to have both buyers open Return Requests, which you approve and pay for ebay to send return labels. Then if you did not have the "replacement" option enabled in your return policy for buyers to select, refund and relist for them to purchase again.
