I had an eBay account several years ago. I now have a different one which I’ve recently started selling on, from my phone. I was going between using my phone to post listings, but use the computer to print out the mailing labels from because it’s connected to the printer and my phone isn’t. I was doing fine until I checked my payment methods from my phone. When I added a new debit card it showed an old debit card so I deleted the old one and added a new one. It all seemed to go okay until it addressed me as Bonnie and Tom/singing trombone. That was my old account. Fortunately, I can still get on my new account from my computer, but I can’t find a way back to my new account from the eBay app on my phone. I list items for sale from my phone because the photos don’t post right from my computer so now I can’t list new items any longer from the correct account on my phone. How do I switch accounts back in the app? I don’t even see the old account on the app on my phone. There is no number to call for help and I’m super stressed because I’m older and don’t understand this stuff. Please help if you can. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoIn the app, go to My eBay then Settings and you should see a link to sign out.
Then sign in with your other username and password.
